1. Organizer The organizer of the competition is Transfermarkt GmbH & Co. KG, Wandsbeker Zollstraße 5, 22041 Hamburg, Germany. By participating in the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

2. No Affiliation with Instagram or Facebook This competition is in no way affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook. The sole contact for the competition is Transfermarkt GmbH & Co. KG. Any claims against Instagram or Facebook are excluded.

3. Eligibility Only natural persons aged 18 or older are eligible to participate. Employees and representatives of Transfermarkt GmbH & Co. KG are excluded from participation.

4. Prize The prize consists of a book: The Women’s Game. One single winner will be selected. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be paid out in cash.

5. Participation Period The competition begins on October 19, 2025, and ends on October 26, 2025, at 11:59 PM. Transfermarkt GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to shorten or extend the participation period at any time. Late entries – regardless of the reason – will not be considered. Transfermarkt GmbH & Co. KG accepts no liability for technical disruptions or failures.

6. Content of Entries Entries must not infringe on the rights of third parties, particularly copyright, trademark, or personal rights.

7. How to Participate To participate, individuals must meet the requirements described in the respective Instagram post or story within the given time frame. Participation via sweepstakes agencies or automated services is not permitted. Only one entry per person is allowed. In the case of multiple entries, the organizer reserves the right to exclude the participant from the competition.

8. Winner Selection The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. Notification will be provided via a comment under the competition post and through a private message on Instagram.

9. Prize Confirmation and Shipping The winner will be announced within 7 days after the end of the competition via a comment under the competition post. The winner must send their full name via private Instagram message within 7 days of the notification. If the winner fails to do so or provides incorrect information, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

10. Data Protection Personal data submitted during participation will be used solely for the purpose of conducting and handling the competition and will be deleted afterward. No data will be shared with third parties.

11. Exclusion and Termination Decisions made by Transfermarkt GmbH & Co. KG are final. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or suspend the competition at any time for good cause – especially in cases of technical issues or manipulation.

12. Disclaimer of Liability Any liability on the part of Transfermarkt GmbH & Co. KG, its employees, or agents in connection with the competition is – to the extent permitted by law – excluded or limited to cases of intent or gross negligence. No guarantees or liability are assumed for material or legal defects of the prize. The announcement of the winner is made without guarantee. 13. Breach of Terms and Conditions In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons.
